Our induction program involves two stages.
The workshop is your chance to meet the CEO, learn more about our values, hear from one of our service team managers and ask questions. Look out for your invitation to attend the face to face workshop which are scheduled throughout the year.
Your direct supervisor will work with you to induct you in to your specific work area and introduce you to your new colleagues.
Single mum Cally* had reached breaking point. Juggling 8 kids under 12, some with ADHD, partial blindness and mental health issues, Cally was then diagnosed with cancer. She fell into depression, unable to deal with day to day tasks.
To top it off, the family car, which she relied heavily on, had broken down. Thanks to our WING's program, urgent repairs were done getting the car back on the road, meaning Cally could now focus on her and her children's health.
Each fortnight your nominated amount will be deducted from your pre-tax salary; giving you a tax benefit and making an extraordinary difference to the lives of those we work with every day!
When you join WINGS, not only will you support children and families in need, you will also get the tax benefit immediately with all the paperwork done for you.
To join our WINGS program, simply complete the online form here. For more information please contact Payroll.
On site parking spots can be booked via Windermere’s booking system called Condeco
