Homelessness Support 

This program provides case management support to families experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness.

Support workers provide holistic case management to address long term housing goals, build capacity to reduce the cycle of homelessness and develop community links.

This program also provides support to families in transitional accommodation.

  • Intensive support to maintain tenancy for families at risk homelessness
  • Assistance to access other appropriate services that you identify e.g. financial and material aid, health services, family support and other identified specialist services 
  • Assistance to connect with education, training and employment

Families with dependent children facing homelessness with links to Dandenong, Casey and Cardinia.
