How NDIS counselling can help you

Who it’s for?

Our counsellors have experience working with the complex needs of both children and adults.

We can provide NDIS registered counselling services to you if you are:

  • 10 years and older
  • Have capacity building (improved daily living) services in your approved NDIS plan.

What are the costs of NDIS counselling services?

You should not be out of pocket for our NDIS counselling services if these supports are included in your approved NDIS plan.

In your NDIS plan counselling services can be claimed under Capacity Building (improved daily living).

We apply pricing in line with the NDIS price guide.


Where are your NDIS registered counsellors based?

Our counsellors are based in Dandenong. We can also work with you via telehealth or make appointments in your home (local areas only). For more information contact 1300 946 337.


What qualifications do your counsellors have?

All our NDIS counsellors have a Bachelor of Counselling qualification and are registered with the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA).

Our team is passionate about helping others. We have many years combined experience providing a safe place to assist both children and adults to live fuller and happier lives.


What happens when I see an NDIS counsellor?

When you see an NDIS counsellor you will have an initial appointment and a series of follow up appointments.

Your first session may include a formal or informal assessment to get to know you and understand your specific needs. We will use different therapy models depending on what suits you best.  Some people need only a few sessions while others need ongoing support. Hour-long sessions are usually scheduled on a once or twice a fortnight basis.

We are available during business hours. If it is an emergency call 000, or if you need urgent support you can access a range of after-hours services here.

Need an interpreter?

If you require an interpreter, we can arrange for one to be provided.
