Windermere is an independent, not for profit organisation which provides services across Gippsland and Melbourne’s south-east.
Windermere:
We are proud to offer a broad range of services that strengthen families and community. These range from essential services for all families such as childcare and family day care services, all the way through to counselling services for people experiencing trauma or family violence. We even work inside local schools to deliver programs that help keep children out of juvenile detention. We really do a lot within the community – so if you name it, we probably deliver it!

From Family Day Care, an Early Learning Centre in Frankston and Out of School Hours Care (before and after school care), we have a range of high quality child care options to suit different needs and situations.

You can complete these forms online by clicking the links. Please speak to your worker if you are having trouble and would like these forms provided to you in another way.
The information we collect about you is stored in an electronic system, known as CRISSP that is owned by the Department of Health & Human Services. When your information is stored on CRISSP you will no longer have to give your details to every service that works with you.
You use this form to consent to us releasing information about you to a third party (such as other services or practitioners).
We have strict privacy standards and your personal information is also protected by law. The Privacy and Consent Form gives us permission to use and store your information.

We believe that all children in contact with our service should feel comfortable, be cared for and feel safe and secure.

You have the right to be safe and receive high quality NDIS services. If you are concerned that your NDIS supports or services are not of a high quality, the NDIS Commission website has more information about what you can do to uphold your rights.

How it works
As a United Petroleum Rewards member you receive a 2 cents per litre fuel discount every time you fill up and swipe your member card at a United Petroleum store. Windermere will also receive a 2 cent donation for every litre of fuel you purchase.
