The NDIS is a new way of providing you and your family with greater support so you can be your very best you.

NDIS stands for National Disability Insurance Scheme - it is a different kind of funding which aims to help more people with a disability get access to the support they need. 

NDIS gives people living with disability, and their families and carers, better choice and control over where, when and how you receive your disability services.  

NDIS is currently accessible to people:

• With Australian residency;
• Under 65 years of age; 
• Who may require support from a person or equipment to do everyday activities

NDIS is also available to children with a diagnosed developmental delay.
