Do you or someone you care for need support to live independently in the community?

As we move towards the NDIS, our Disability Team recently reviewed existing Individualised Fee for Service (IFS) programs and incorporated a number of options under the banner Supporting Lifestyles.

This is a program to assist you in living at home and being involved in your local community.

It includes:

  • Case management support coordination
  • Financial intermediary services (such as financial management and accountability of funds)
  • Behaviour management training & support
