Meet Victoria, NDIS Plan Manager with Windermere

Victoria is one of our friendly plan managers. We asked her to explain more about her role.

How would you describe your role?

I help people with their National Disability Insurance Service (NDIS) plans. I keep track of their NDIS budget and invoices, so they know what they are spending their NDIS funds on. I also enjoy being able to help out by suggesting local providers that might suit their needs.

What is your favourite thing about Windermere?

I enjoy making a genuine difference for people. Many of the people I work with have a lot on their plate. It feels good to take some of the load for them by ensuring all their invoices are paid correctly and making sure that they know where they are at financially with their NDIS supports.

Any tips for people who are new to the NDIS?

Having the right knowledge is the key! Try and stay as up-to-date as possible with any NDIS news, as things are always changing. Please ask your worker if you are unsure of something.

What do you like to do outside of work?

I love going for walks, music and cooking.
