Physiotherapy

Our physiotherapists work with you and your child to help them with their gross motor and physical or movement skills.

We provide service to children and youth aged up to 12 years old who require physiotherapy for injury recovery, rehabilitation, gross and fine motor concerns, developmental delays or disability.

You can claim our services on private health insurance or through the NDIS.

Our physiotherapists are based in the Southern Victoria region. We have offices at Berwick, Narre Warren, Cranbourne and Pakenham. We can also work with you and your child in the clinic or at your home, school or pre-school.

Support through the NDIS

We deliver evidence informed intervention strategies, standardised assessments, report writing, funding applications and parent training to increase your child’s physical skills and confidence. We provide support to meet your goals in a fun and practical way that is easy to build in to your everyday routines.

We can help your child with:

  • Early movement skills – supporting your child to learn to roll, sit, stand and walk. You may find this useful if they are appear delayed in their development milestones.
  • Balance and co-ordination - helping your child to run, jump, climb and play. You may find this useful if your child tends to trip over a lot or is a little clumsy.
  • Playground skills – activities like throwing and catching, riding a bike, climbing and following rules so they can join in play with other children during informal games and organised sports.

We also offer specialist support for children with more complex physical difficulties, including:

  • Postural management and physical development-providing strategies and ongoing advice that you can incorporate in your family’s day to improve your child’s physical health and function.
  • Assistive technology assessment and prescription- conducting equipment trials and funding applications for items such as standing or walking frames, hoists, strollers and wheelchairs.
