The above process should not take longer than 72 hours (three business days); this may vary depending on complexity of the referral, the situation or the person or family you are referring.
Referring directly to Windermere can ensure the person you are working with or caring for can access the support they need quickly. Including relevant contact details and information on their needs and goals will also mean we can get them the right assistance and support without delay.
