STOP THINK GO is a concise 6-week program designed to enhance children's understanding of identifying and recognising emotions, as well as expressing anger using the zones of regulation. It also focuses on implementing these skills in a group setting.
Children aged 8 to 11 years old who live in our service areas of Cardinia, Casey, and Dandenong.
Running every Tuesday starting on the 14th of May for 6 weeks 4pm – 5.30pm
